Bar Services
Bar service can be arranged to meet your needs.
One bartender is recommended per 100 guests. You may
select cash or host
bar, and Champagnes and Wines are available. For groups of 40 guests or
less, there is
a bartender charge of $20.00 per hour.
Food and
Beverage Pricing
Prices are subject to change, and cannot be
guaranteed until 90 days prior to the function date. All
receptions
must choose from Oak Glen's Banquet Dinner, Buffet, or
Hors D'Oeuvres menus.
Special menu
selections can be designed by our chef and banquet manager.
Please feel free to inquire.
Guarantee
Your menu selection must be chosen at least 14
days prior to the event date. Your number of guests must be
guaranteed at
least 7 days prior to the event date. All billings will be based on the
guarantee, or the actual number
of guests served, if larger than the guarantee.
Banquet Hours
All functions must end by 12:30AM. Last
call for bar service is 12:00AM sharp. All guests must clear the premises
by 1:00AM.
Decorations
and Displays
You may bring your own table decorations.
Access to the banquet room for decorating is based on availability.
Please
check with our banquet manager to make arrangements. Oak Glen assumes no
responsibility for any personal
property that the patrons or their guests bring
on the premises, or any loss or damage incurred to personal property.
GLITTER AND CONFETTI ARE NOT PERMITTED. Nothing can be attached to the
ceilings or walls for decoration use. All decorations must be approved by
the banquet manager.
Room
Rearrangement and Charges
There is a $20.00 per hour charge for any table
rearrangement, whereby your selected arrangement differs from our normal
arrangement. White tablecloths and napkins are provided for
all wedding receptions. All wedding reception and non golf functions will
incur the following room charges. Sales tax of 6.5% will be added to
all
room charges.

Food and
Beverage Regulations
Food and beverages may not be brought onto the premises, with
the exception of bakery prepared cakes. Extra food and
beverage cannot be
removed from Oak Glen. Our staff will cut and serve your cake for a fee of
$1.00 per
guest. (optional)
Payments,
Deposits, Service Charge and State Sales Tax
Payment must be made on the day of the event. A service
charge of 3% will be added to any payment with a credit card.
A deposit is
required for all events, and is non-refundable should the event be canceled for
any reason. Bookings are on a
first come first serve basis. Credit
card (Visa/Mastercard) number is required for all bookings to be kept on file.
All prices are subject to a 18% service charge and sales tax of 6.5%. An
additional 2.5% liquor sales tax will be added to all open bar sales.
