Weddings at Oak Glen

Oak Glen has two beautiful ceremony locations as well as two magnificent reception rooms to accommodate groups of all sizes. Our golf course ceremony site is located just off the first hole of the Championship Course and features willow trees framing our beautiful fountain in the pond. This stunning location has a time limit of one hour as we do shut down the golf course for your ceremony. The lawn ceremony is located closer to the clubhouse and parking lot making it more convenient for your guests to get to. All ceremonies include worry-free setup and tear down with white folding chairs set. The sites have power hookups for your dejay to plug into so all of your guests can hear your special vows.

Our majestic Royal Oak reception room comfortably accommodates 400 guests with a full bar, 16' by 24' permanent dance floor, and even a "Juliet" balcony. This large room feels intimate for groups small to large and offers unique details featuring a natural stone fireplace, custom head table, and state of the art video equipment. The clubhouse offers views of the golf course while keeping your party private.

The Stillwater reception room accommodates 175 guests with a portable bar. For smaller wedding parties that might be on a budget this is the perfect intimate room for your reception.

Weddings at Applewood Hills

Applewood Hills is located just a few miles from Oak Glen and has a beautiful ceremony site and reception room. Wedding ceremonies at Applewood Hills take place just off the clubhouse overlooking the 18th green.

The reception room at Applewood Hills is a beautiful space accommodating up to 200 guests and features vaulted ceilings, a full bar and permanent dance floor. The clubhouse offers views of the golf course while keeping your party private. This is a perfect location for those looking for an intimate feeling in a spacious setting.

All ceremonies and receptions at Applewood Hills will be receiving the same exceptional service that you would experience at Oak Glen. All of our meals are made from scratch by our professional chef and kitchen staff.

Oak Glen Golf Course was an amazing venue to get married at and to have the reception at! Matt was so easy to work with and very flexible and accommodating to the different things that we wanted. Matt at oak glen was wonderful. He worked with all the last minute details and last minute changes. He was accommodating and always had a smile on his face. We were supposed to have our ceremony outside on the grounds however it rained. Oak Glen had another ceromony site completely ready to go with out me having to ask. I celebrated my reception at Oak Glen in October and it was awesome! We had a wonderful time and the food was excellent. We had the Parmesan crusted fish, sirloin, and stuffed chicken breasts - I'm still getting compliments on the food. the venue is beautiful with a permanent bar and good staff. Matt, the activities director is great to work with.

Our wedding was held outside, on the golf course. The backdrop was very mature, beautiful willow trees and a pond with a fountain. The venue was wonderful to work with, very easy and accommodating. We asked for a few nontraditional things (circle layout, black and tan unity ceremony), and everything was welcomed with open arms. I would highly recommend Oak Glen to anyone looking for a venue.
